STSR30D Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tube is used.1 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 4V~5.5V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C~125°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.The configuration is based on 8 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number STSR30.The mount method is Surface Mount.When the device is designed, it has 8 pins.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 1.5A.The board contains 8 pins for component connections.Based on the maximum power dissipation of 275mW, it is clear that it is capable of transferring and conducting power losses without becoming overheated.To ensure high stability, the supply current should be kept at 4.5mA.A frequency of 500kHz can improve efficiency.As an analog IC, it utilizes SWITCHING CONTROLLER.
