STSR2PCD-TR Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A packaging method of Cut Tape (CT) is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 4.5V~5.5V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C~125°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.The configuration is based on 8 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number STSR2.The mount method is Surface Mount.When the device is designed, it has 8 pins.Specification is for 5V supply voltage operation.There is an interface IC called HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.The board contains 8 pins for component connections.Due to its power supplies of 5V, it solves the power supply problem for a wide range of applications.Mosfet gate drivers produces a voltage of 160mV.A frequency of 750kHz can improve efficiency.When not affected by external factors, its quiescent current at 3mA refers to how much current this part consumes.
