STSR2PCD Overview
For greater flexibility, the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted.A package of Tube has been used.This configuration includes 2 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.A supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V demonstrates its superiority.N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~125°C TJ.The input type is Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver consists of 8 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.There are various related parts under its base part number STSR2.The device is mounted using Surface Mount.The pins are configured with 8 when designing the chip.The device is specifically designed to operate at 5V volts.Its interface IC is HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.There are 8 component pins on the board.An output current of 2A is supported.With its power supplies of 5V, it solves the power supply problems for diverse applications.Mosfet gate drivers outputs 4.85V as voltage.When 750kHz is used frequently, efficiency can be improved.
