STSR2PMCD Overview
For greater flexibility, its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is used.Tube represents the package.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.In the absence of a 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.This device can operate at temperatures up to -40°C~125°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type.Its configuration is based on a total of 8 terminations.There are various parts that can be found under its base part number STSR2.Devices are mounted by Surface Mount.At the time of design, it is configured with 8 pins.In order to operate, a voltage of 5V has to be applied.Mosfet driver is equipped wMosfet driverh an interface chip HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.Mosfet driver is possible to achieve a maximum output current of 2A.The board has 8 component pins.Using its power supply of 5V, it provides solutions to diverse power supply problems.
