SN74LS280D Overview
Tube is packed.Power is supplied by 4.75V~5.25V.Based on the 9-Bit basic circuit, it is constructed.The piece is part of the series 74LS.A Parity Generator/Checker logic communication type is used.Multivibrator is available in Surface Mount.0°C~70°C Extended operating temperature.Contains the package 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width).Device based on the 2-bit logic.As a result, the high and low levels of current output are 400μA 8mA in relative terms.More similar parts can be found by searching 74LS280.Originally, it was part of the LS product line.14 terminations are included in the part.There is a normal voltage requirement for the part of 5V.Several 14 pins are attached to it.The device is designed to be mounted and dismounted easily using a Surface Mount device.A 14 solution for logic gate applications is presented here.It is important to note that the device requires a voltage of 4.75V or higher to turn on.ODD/EVEN PARITY GENERATOR is also included in this part to improve performance.A 5V power supply is generally required for this device.Multivibrator generates a current of 8mA at Multivibrators output ends.
