SN7400DR Overview
The part comes in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. A NAND Gate logic principle is used to make it work. It is necessary to ensure the full functionality of the part by providing a voltage of 4.75V~5.25V.
