SN7400NSR Overview
The part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 14-SOIC (0.209, 5.30mm Width). In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. As a result, it works on the principle of NAND Gate. The part must have a voltage of 4.75V~5.25V in order to function properly. Operating temperature around 0°C~70°C extended. Surface Mount is the mounting position of the part. In the low and high states of output current, the current is 400μA 16mA. This is part of the 7400 series. In total, there are 14 terminations. 4 functions in the part enhance the user experience significantly. The chip is part of the TTL/H/L family. Use SN7400 to search for device variants. There are 14 pins injected into the part body. Many applications use this logic device with Surface Mount mounting. The functions of 14 pins can be found in the datasheets. There are 2 inputs on this part. A total of 4 circuits make up this device. It has a load capacitance of 15pF. There is an industry TAPE AND REEL method included. The datasheet specifies that the part requires 5V volts of power.
