SN7400NSRG4 Overview
Packed in 14-SOIC (0.209, 5.30mm Width), the part is convenient for shipping overseas. Advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used to provide high reliability. It works based on the NAND Gate logic principle. To ensure the part's full function, a voltage of 4.75V~5.25V is needed. Extended operating temperature around 0°C~70°C. The part is mounted in Surface Mount. The high and low state of output current is 400μA 16mA. It comes from the 7400 series. There are 14 terminations totally. The part has 4 functions that significantly boost the user experience. It represents the TTL/H/L product family.
