SN74BCT245N Overview
There is a neat 20-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package used in buffer. A Tube external packaging is used for this buffer. The external packaging used in this logic IC is the Through Hole external packaging. This is a typical Transceiver, Non-Inverting logic integrated circuit with a wide range of applications. There's a 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage for this logic IC.
