The FDPC8014AS is a MOSFET array from ON Semiconductor. It is a PowerClip56 package containing two MOSFETs, a PT9N30/12 and a PT9N25/12S. The PT9N30/12 is a N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET with a drain-source voltage of 30V and a drain current of 12A. The PT9N25/12S is a N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET with a drain-source voltage of 25V and a drain current of 12A.
