CSD97376Q4M Overview
Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package H bridge.As a cost-saving measure, H bridge is included in the 8-PowerVFDFN package.Reliabilbridge drivery can be improved by increasing 4.5V~5.5V's supply voltage.Surface Mount is mounted on H bridge circuit.-40°C~150°C TJ is able to function normally at motor driver H bridges operating temperature.There are a variety of applications for H bridge motor driver, including Synchronous Buck Converters.In order to mount H gate on the PCB, Surface Mount is used.In addH gateion to Bootstrap Circuit, H gate has the following specific characteristics.8 terminations are used to terminate transmission lines with H bridges that match their characteristic impedance.As H bridge ic of a signal interface, 8 pins are used as pronged contacts.The base H bridge ic number of CSD97376 can be used to find related H bridge ics.The analog IC type of this H bridge is SWITCHING REGULATOR.This is a type of electronic H-bridge that belongs to the NexFET™ series.At a specified ambient temperature, the maximum load current that the power supply can provide is 45A.The Hbridge is equipped with 1 outputs.
