CSD95373BQ5M Overview
In order to package H bridge, Tape & Reel (TR) is used.H bridge is included in the 12-Power LFDFN package as a cost-saving measure.Based on the supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V, improved reliabilbridge drivery can be ensured.H bridge circuit is put into place in the way of Surface Mount.Motor driver H bridge is possible for -55°C~150°C TJ to operate normally at motor driver H bridges operating temperature.There are lots of uses for H bridge motor driver, including Synchronous Buck Converters.On the PCB H gate is mounted using Surface Mount.Full bridge also has a number of specific characteristics, including Bootstrap Circuit, Status Flag.To terminate a transmission line with the H bridge whose characteristic impedance matches the line, 12 terminations are employed.Signal interfaces include 12 pins that serve as pronged contacts.The base H bridge ic number of CSD95373 allows you to find more related H bridge ics by using that number.H bridge circuit contains an analog IC type DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER.The H-bridge is an electronic H-bridge of the NexFET™ series.During a specified ambient temperature, the power supply can supply the maximum load current 67A.
