SIC780CD-T1-GE3 Overview
For packaging, Digi-Reel® is used.A cost-saving measure is taken to include H bridge in the 40-PowerWFQFN Module package.The supply voltage 4.5V~5.5V has the capabilbridge drivery of improving reliabilbridge drivery.H bridge circuit is put into place according to the way of Surface Mount.When -40°C~150°C TJ is operating at a certain temperature, motor driver H bridge can function normally.Among H bridge motor drivers many applications are Synchronous Buck Converters.Mount the board using Surface Mount.Bootstrap Circuit, Diode Emulation, Status Flag is one of full bridges specific characteristics.An interface using 40 pins is used to provide pronged contact.Based on its base H bridge ic number of SIC780, more closely related H bridge ics can be found.H bridge circuit has been incorporated with SWITCHING CONTROLLER as its analog IC type.When the ambient temperature reaches 50A, the power supply will provide the maximum load current possible.The output and power supply pins are flowing wH-bridgeh current 50A.It has a 1 output.
