CSD95377Q4MT Overview
In this package, Tape & Reel (TR) is used.In order to save costs, H bridge is included in the 8-PowerVFDFN package.Bridge driver is possible to ensure improved reliabilbridge drivery by varying the supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V.H bridge circuit is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.Motor driver H bridge works normally at -40°C~150°C TJ's operating temperature.Synchronous Buck Converters is pretty useful in a variety of applications.On PCBs, Surface Mount mounts H gate.Among full bridges specific characteristics is Bootstrap Circuit, Diode Emulation.Transmission lines are terminated with 8 terminations with the H bridge that matches their characteristic impedance.Signal interfaces use 8 pins as pronged contacts.Its base H bridge ic number, CSD95377, can be used to locate other H bridge ics that are related.As its analog IC type, H bridge circuit has been incorporated with DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER.A H-bridge belonging to the NexFET™ series, it is an electronic H-bridge.The maximum load current a power supply can provide at a specified ambient temperature is 70A.
