CSD95496QVMT Overview
For packaging, Tape & Reel (TR) is used.A cost-saving measure is taken to include H bridge in the 18-PowerTFDFN package.The supply voltage 4.5V~5.5V has the capabilbridge drivery of improving reliabilbridge drivery.H bridge circuit is put into place according to the way of Surface Mount.When -40°C~125°C TJ is operating at a certain temperature, motor driver H bridge can function normally.Among H bridge motor drivers many applications are Synchronous Buck Converters.Bootstrap Circuit is one of full bridges specific characteristics.Transmission lines can be terminated with a termination that matches the characteristic impedance of the line using 18 terminations.An interface using 18 pins is used to provide pronged contact.Based on its base H bridge ic number of CSD95496, more closely related H bridge ics can be found.H bridge circuit has been incorporated with SWITCHING REGULATOR as its analog IC type.A H-bridge in the NexFET™ series, this is a type of electronic H-bridge.This is the maximum current at which the output reaches 60A.As an additional option, OUTPUT VOLTAGE-MAX= 5.5V can be provided.
