BD9328EFJ-E2 Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are 8 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. -40°C~85°C TA should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 380kHz. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.9V. With its peak reflow temperature of NOT SPECIFIED, this voltage regulator is essentially indestructible. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 12V as the nominal input voltage. In this case, the DC/DC regulator belongs to the family BD932*. Voltage can be produced at 12.6V volts by voltage regulator. The switching regulator operation of the system is controlled by 8 pins.
