BD9327EFJ-E2 Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, there are 8 terminations. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~85°C TA, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 0.9V. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 4A. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 18V. As a result of DC DC switching regulator's design, it is designed to provide an input voltage of 12V for the purposes of operation. As part of the BD932* series of regulators, the voltage regulators can be found. There is a possibility that DC DC switching regulator can give voltage at 14.4V volts. The switching regulator operation is carried out by 8 pins. In order for this switching regulator to work properly, the output voltage should be at least 900mVV. Switching regulator has a maximum output current of 4A A, which is sufficient to meet the requirements of operation. There is a maximum output voltage of 16.2V from this voltage regulator 12v. The 4.75V V dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum supply voltage ensures reliable performance. A maximum supply voltage of 18V is required for adjusting voltage regulator to operate. A frequency of 380kHz permits DC DC switching regulator to maintain a high level of accuracy.
