BD9323EFJ-E2 Overview


A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In this voltage regulator, 8 terminations are present. A SWITCHING REGULATOR analog IC is used in this voltage regulator 12v, which is the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~85°C TA is essential when operating. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 380kHz. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 4.75V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.9V. Due to its 225 high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible. An input voltage of 12V is required to meet the requirements of the switching regulator operation. As a member of the BD932* family of DC/DC regulators, this is a DC/DC regulator. The voltage DC DC switching regulator can provide is up to 15V volts. During switching regulator operation, 8 pins are used. Ideally this switch regulator should have an output voltage of about 900mV at the very least. A maximum output current of 3A A is provided to meet the switching regulator operation requirements. The maximal output voltage of 16.2V allows adjusting voltage regulator for simple operation. DC DC switching regulator offers a maximum output voltage of 16.2V as its maximum output voltage. DC-DC switching regulator with supply voltage 18V.
