BD9300FV-E2 Overview
As a result of 14-LSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 3.6V~35V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Workable in an dc switcher where -40°C~85°C TA is the -40°C~85°C TArm. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 20kHz~800kHz position. dc dc regulator can be generalized using Surface Mount. Switching control is made easier with the dcdc regulator's Frequency Control. Connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC, the switch converters are connected to a power supply. switching converters terminal (s) are designed to be at DUAL.
