BD6512F-E2 Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package it.In the 8-SOIC (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, it is included.The LED driver is mounted as Surface Mount.USB Switch is the switch type it owns.To ensure reliable operation, set the temperature to -25°C~85°C TA.As a default, the output is set to 2.A voltage of Not Required is used to power it.There is a maximum output voltage of N-Channel volts on this LED driver.A lighting driver with Status Flag features is available.It is a member of the BD651* family.In total, there are 8 terminations.The operation is carried out using the 8 pins.As far as the lighting driver is concerned, there are 2 functions.The maximum output current is reduced to 600mA to meet the operation criteria.Using a voltage of 5V allows for high efficiency.Surface Mount is mounted in the way of this lighting driver.The LED driving board is equipped with a total of 8 pins.It has a resistance of 100mOhm.This case has the output current set to 500mA.Normal operation requires Vsup above 3V.5V is the power supply of the part.A maximum input voltage of 5.5V volts can be applied to it.There is a minimum input voltage of 2.7V volts.Using this LED driver, it is also possible to produce CONTROL LOGIC: ACTIVE HIGH.
