ZRC400A02STZ Overview
TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) (Formed Leads) is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Box (TB) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 3.The voltage reference should have ±2% tolerance.IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 4.096V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 260.For PCB designs with high demands, Through Hole is available.Working within the range of -40°C~85°C TA.ZRC400 can be used to find other relevant parts.It can be used with 5mA inputs.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 23μA.It generates a fixed voltage of 4.096V.It is tested at 4.178V to see what voltage is produced by the voltage reference circuit.There is 4.014V less than 4.014V voltage output from this voltage reference ic.
