It can handle Fixed output (s).Reflow soldering should be performed at a temperature of 260.Through Hole is available for demanding PCB design.Qualified to work within -40°C~85°C TA.Other relevant parts can be found by searching "ZRC400".It is appropriate for Through Hole applications.There are 1 channels for high-quality communication.Generally, 23μA is what its cathode current should be.The lowest voltage output from the voltage reference ic is 4.096V lower than 4.096V.It runs on 5mA supply current.Does the voltage reference ic contain Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC)?
