Uses the handy TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) (Formed Leads) package.This part serves as a voltage reference and is controlled by a Shunt signal.The external packaging contains Tape & Reel (TR).In order to measure voltage accurately, a tolerance of ±1% must be used.In order to determine the output voltage 4.096V, test statistics are used.Input can be entered via a Fixed form.Through Hole can be used to make the PCB design more demanding.The voltage reference circuit can be used within the range of -40°C~85°C TA.Searching for "ZRC400" will yield other relevant parts.There is Through Hole suitable application for Through Hole.A high-quality communication channel is not available at the moment.The cathode current should be 23μA.In terms of voltage output, the lowest voltage is 4.096V.A supply current of 5mA volts powers this voltage reference circuit.
