UCD7231RTJT Overview
It comes in the 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. Packaging for the pmic consists of Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosures. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc control's supply and operating voltages are 4.7V~15V. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~125°C TJ. The switching controller can be switched at Up to 2MHz. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount.
