UCD7100PWPR Overview
A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 14-PowerTSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the packaging method.This device is equipped with 1 drivers for its configuration.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 4.25V~15V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.For this device, the temperature range is -40°C~105°C TJ.The input type for this program is Non-Inverting.It's configured with 14 terminations.There are numerous related parts listed under its base part number UCD7100.The device is mounted with Surface Mount.There are 14 pins available in the device.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 12V volts of power.The interface IC is referred to as BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.There is a maximum output current of 4A that can be achieved.A board with 14 component pins is available.The output current of this device can be set to 4A.This function has an input of STANDARD.During operation, the supply current may not exceed 200mA.
