UCD7230ARGWT Overview
As a result of 20-VQFN Exposed Pad compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 4.75V~15.5V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Workable in an dc switcher where -40°C~125°C TJ is the -40°C~125°C TJrm. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 200kHz~2MHz position. dc dc regulator can be generalized using Surface Mount. Switching control is made easier with the dcdc regulator's Current Limit, Enable. switching converters terminal (s) are designed to be at QUAD. There are many different types of terminations for 20. A search for "UCD7230" will reveal other relevant dc to dc converter ics. 20 pins are present on switching converter. DC regulators have a maximum frequency of 2MHz. The supply voltage should be 12V. Input current cannot exceed 4A with this dc switcher.
