UC3714DPG4 Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tube is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 7V~20V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range 0°C~150°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.The configuration is based on 16 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number UC3714.The mount method is Surface Mount.When the device is designed, it has 16 pins.Specification is for 15V supply voltage operation.There is an interface IC called BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 2A.The board contains 16 pins for component connections.This device supports a current output of 1A at the output.To ensure high stability, the supply current should be kept at 24mA.Due to its power supplies of 15V, it solves the power supply problem for a wide range of applications.
