UC3706NG4 Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package.A packaging method of Tube is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Through Hole.When the supply voltage is 5V~40V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range 0°C~70°C TA is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Inverting, Non-Inverting.The configuration is based on 16 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number UC3706.The mount method is Through Hole.When the device is designed, it has 16 pins.Specification is for 20V supply voltage operation.There is an interface IC called PUSH-PULL BASED MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 1.5A.The board contains 16 pins for component connections.This device supports a current output of 1.5A at the output.Based on the maximum power dissipation of 2W, it is clear that it is capable of transferring and conducting power losses without becoming overheated.To ensure high stability, the supply current should be kept at 10mA.STANDARD represents its input.
