UC3705DTR Overview
For greater flexibility, the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.A supply voltage of 5V~40V demonstrates its superiority.N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as 0°C~70°C TA.The input type is Inverting, Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver consists of 8 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.There are various related parts under its base part number UC3705.The device is mounted using Surface Mount.The pins are configured with 8 when designing the chip.The device is specifically designed to operate at 20V volts.Its interface IC is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.1.5A is the maximum output current.There are 8 component pins on the board.Based on its basis, it integrates 1 outputs.An output current of 1.5A is supported.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that the operating supply voltage be set to 20V volts.The input is characterized by STANDARD.
