UC3714D Overview
For greater flexibility, its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is used.Tube represents the package.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.In the absence of a 7V~20V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.Gate type N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.This device can operate at temperatures up to 0°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type.Its configuration is based on a total of 8 terminations.There are various parts that can be found under its base part number UC3714.Devices are mounted by Surface Mount.At the time of design, it is configured with 8 pins.In order to operate, a voltage of 15V has to be applied.Mosfet driver is equipped wMosfet driverh an interface chip BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.Mosfet driver is possible to achieve a maximum output current of 2A.The board has 8 component pins.For its basis, there are 2 outputs integrated.1A is the maximum output current supported by the device.As a precaution, make sure the supply current is kept at 24mA.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that the operating supply voltage be set to 15V.Its input is characterized by the value STANDARD.By using the frequency 1MHz, we can increase efficiency.
