This configuration includes 1 drivers.Mosfet driver consists of 16 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.The pins are configured with 16 when designing the chip.The device is specifically designed to operate at 15V volts.Its interface IC is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of 70°C.Operating temperatures can be as low as 0°C.For operation, 4.7V is the minimum supply voltage.
