UC3707DWTR Overview
For greater flexibility, its 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package is used.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the package.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.In the absence of a 5V~40V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.This device can operate at temperatures up to 0°C~70°C TA.Inverting, Non-Inverting is used as the input type.Its configuration is based on a total of 16 terminations.There are various parts that can be found under its base part number UC3707.Devices are mounted by Surface Mount.At the time of design, it is configured with 16 pins.In order to operate, a voltage of 20V has to be applied.Mosfet driver is equipped wMosfet driverh an interface chip BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.Mosfet driver is possible to achieve a maximum output current of 1.5A.The board has 16 component pins.As a precaution, make sure the supply current is kept at 15mA.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that the operating supply voltage be set to 20V.Its input is characterized by the value STANDARD.
