TL494CDR Overview


The switching controller fits in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package and is ideal for most applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 2 output generation. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Cut Tape (CT) rating. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. A 7V~40V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Suitable for work in a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher. With this switching controller, you can switch at 1kHz~300kHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Dead Time Control, Frequency Control which allows efficient switching control. Thare switch converters are connected to an analog integrated circuit (IC) of type SWITCHING CONTROLLER. There are a terminal (s) on the switching converters that are designed at DUAL. 16 terminations with various dc switching's functions. PULSE WIDTH MODULATION is an example of one of the control techniques these dc dc converter ics adapt. The DC switcher's nominal voltage is 15V. Other relevant dc to dc converter ics will be returned if you search "TL494". Total pins of switching converter are 16. It is recommended to use 7V as the minimum input voltage of dc dc voltage regulator. A 40V voltage of DC regulator was detected in the test statistics. If you start a project, note down the dc dc regulator's usual output current of 200mA. The duty cycle of the voltage regulator dc to dc can be set to 45 % on power-up or power-down to ensure reliability. There is 300kHz frequency setting on the switching controller. During dormancy, the dc switching uses 7.5mA. Voltage 15V must be supplied.
