TL494BDG Overview
The switching controller fits in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package and is ideal for most applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 2 output generation. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tube rating. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. A 7V~40V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Suitable for work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. With this switching controller, you can switch at 200kHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Dead Time Control, Frequency Control which allows efficient switching control. It belongs to the dc to dc voltage regulator series SWITCHMODE™. Its supplier dc dc controller package is 16-SOIC.
