It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR).For cost-saving purposes, H bridge is included in the PowerPAK® MLP55-31L package.In addbridge driverion, 4.5V~5.5V can be used to improve reliabilbridge drivery.H bridge circuit is mounted on Surface Mount.A normal operation of -40°C~150°C TJ is enabled by motor driver H bridges operating temperature.This tool is useful for a number of applications, including Synchronous Buck Converters.PCB mounting is performed using Surface Mount.Full bridge also possesses Bootstrap Circuit, Diode Emulation, Status Flag as a specific characteristic.This H bridge circuit incorporates an analog IC with the type SWITCHING CONTROLLER.Electronic H-bridges of the VRPower® series constitute this type of H-bridge.
