SIC620ARCD-T1-GE3 Overview
Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package H bridge.As a cost-saving measure, H bridge is included in the PowerPAK® MLP55-31L package.Reliabilbridge drivery can be improved by increasing 4.5V~5.5V's supply voltage.Surface Mount is mounted on H bridge circuit.-40°C~150°C TJ is able to function normally at motor driver H bridges operating temperature.There are a variety of applications for H bridge motor driver, including Synchronous Buck Converters.In order to mount H gate on the PCB, Surface Mount is used.In addH gateion to Bootstrap Circuit, Diode Emulation, Status Flag, H gate has the following specific characteristics.The analog IC type of this H bridge is SWITCHING CONTROLLER.This is a type of electronic H-bridge that belongs to the VRPower® series.
