RT9807-30GB Overview
Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. There are SC-74A, SOT-753 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. 5 pins make up the power management. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 900mV. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 5.5V volts in this PMIC. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. It is recommended to set the supervisor's temperature to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. There is an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector from this supervisor when it is operating.
