RT9801AGE Overview
Power management is mounted through 6 terminals. Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. Power management is possible to find a series of 1 functions. A series of 1 channels can be found on this supervisor. IC management is packaged as a SOT-23-6 package. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be NOT SPECIFIED. The supervisor is always powered by a 3V volt supply.
