BD4827G-TR Overview
It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). As a reference, this IC power includes SC-74A, SOT-753 functions for your convenience. As with other Voltage Detector products, this IC management also offers a wide range of benefits. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis. Taking into account all of the pins, this power management has a total of 5. Pin count of the power management is 5. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least -300mV, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. There should be no more than 10V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~105°C TA degrees. During operation, this power management system outputs Open Drain or Open Collector. Supplied with a operating current of 900nA, this PMIC is capable of fully function as specified. To find similar IC managements from the manufacturer, you can always search by BD48. The maximum supply temperature is 1.53μA. The IC power comes from the well-known BD48xxx series.
