REF2041AIDDCT Overview
An easy-to-use SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 package is used.The handy Series package is used in this program.This program uses the handy Tape & Reel (TR) package.Various terminations with 5.For precise voltage reference, use ±0.05% tolerance.There is an analog IC coupled to the reference voltage THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.As a result, it outputs 4.096V voltage.2 outputs are sufficient.Input can be entered into Fixed forms.The reflow soldering temperature should not exceed 260.In the voltage reference ic, there are 5 pins.The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Surface Mount.Worked within -40°C~125°C TA.You can find other relevant parts by searching "REF2041".Surface Mount applications are compatible with the voltage reference.A voltage reference ic's output current cannot exceed 20mA.4.096V is its maximum output voltage.It is not possible for the voltage reference ic to output a voltage lower than 4.096V.Due to the fact that the maximum input voltage of the part is 5.5V, users are recommended to limit the voltage accordingly.A voltage of 5V is required for its operation.It must be supplied with a voltage of 4.116V at a minimum.An input voltage of 4.116V~5.5V is common for the voltage reference ic.Voltage 2.048V 4.096V is generated as a fixed/minimum value.As long as the voltage reference circuit is idle, 360μA is used.There is 460μA supply current flowing through the voltage reference circuit.The voltage reference ic contains Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC)?Voltage reference that outputs 4.096V regardless of external conditions.
