REF2033AIDDCT Overview
The reference voltage makes use of a handy SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 package.This program utilizes the handy Series package.The reference voltage is enclosed in the Tape & Reel (TR) external packaging.5 terminations with various functions.±0.05% tolerance for precise voltage reference.THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE analog IC is coupled with the reference voltage.It outputs 3.3V voltage according to the test statistics.It is sufficient to generate 2 outputs. It can handle Fixed output (s).Reflow soldering should be performed at a temperature of 260.5 pins are settled in the voltage reference ic.Surface Mount is available for demanding PCB design.Qualified to work within -40°C~125°C TA.Other relevant parts can be found by searching "REF2033".It is suitable for 20mA input applications.It is appropriate for Surface Mount applications.As per the datasheet, the voltage reference ic can output 3.3V voltage at its maximum.The lowest voltage output from the voltage reference ic is 3.3V lower than 3.3V.It requires a 5V supply voltage.A minimum voltage of 3.32V is required to supply it.Commonly, the voltage reference ic can supply a 3.32V~5.5V voltage input.A fixed/minimum voltage of 1.65V 3.3V is generated.The voltage reference circuit uses 360μA when it is idle.It runs on 460μA supply current.
