REF2033AIDDCR Overview
The reference voltage makes use of the handy SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 package.This part is used as a voltage reference and has a Series control.External packaging Tape & Reel (TR) encloses the voltage reference ic.There are various functions associated with terminations 5.Tolerance of ±0.05% for precise voltage measurements.Parts are coupled with analog ICs.A voltage of 3.3V is output as a result of the test statistics.There is 2 need to generate more than 2 outputs.A Fixed form is available for input by the user.Reflow soldering should take place at a temperature of 260 more than 260.The voltage reference ic has settled 5 pins.In the case of demanding PCB designs, Surface Mount is available.Suitable for work within -40°C~125°C TA.Searching for "REF2033" will reveal other relevant parts.Inputs of 20mA are compatible with the reference voltage.The application is suitable for Surface Mount.In terms of maximum output voltage, it is equal to 3.3V.3.3V is the lowest voltage the voltage reference ic can output.A 5V voltage supply is required.Most commonly, the voltage reference ic can supply 3.32V~5.5V volts.In this case, the voltage is fixed at 1.65V 3.3V.In idle mode, the voltage reference circuit uses 360μA.This voltage reference circuit runs on a supply current of 460μA volts.Voltage (Vsup) for this voltage reference ic should not exceed 5.5V volts.In order to power the voltage reference circuit, the voltage should be at least 3.32V.
