REF02EJ8 Overview


This program utilizes the handy 8-CDIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package.There is an external packaging of Tube.With 8, different functions are terminated.Connected to the part is an analog integrated circuit (IC).An output voltage of 5V is determined based on test statistics.It is sufficient to output 1.A part with 8 pins is included.Reflow soldering shouldn't exceed NOT SPECIFIED.Use of Through Hole can increase the complexity of the PCB design.There are other relevant parts if you search for "REF02".There must be a 15V supply voltage for it to function.The voltage must be 8V at a minimum.5.015V is the greatest voltage output from the voltage reference ic.A voltage of 4.985V or greater is output by the voltage reference circuit.It holds a maximum of 0.3% inaccuracies.For better effectiveness, it has OUTPUT VOLTAGE CAN BE ADJUSTED OVER A +/-3 PERCENT RANGE.Temperatures at the maximum ambient are 70°C.
