REF01AH Overview
Uses the handy TO-205AA, TO-5-8 Metal Can package.The external packaging contains Bulk.There are different types of functions that end with 8.It is coupled to an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.In order to determine the output voltage 10V, test statistics are used.There is 1 need to change the output to 1.The part includes pins 8.Part 8 has its pins 8 settled.Through Hole can be used to make the PCB design more demanding.Searching for "REF01" will yield other relevant parts.There is Through Hole suitable application for Through Hole.This voltage reference ic's maximum output voltage amounts to 10V when compared to its input voltage.The maximum input voltage for this part is 40V, which means that voltage input should be limited accordingly.In order for it to work, you must supply a voltage of 15V.For it to be powered, a voltage of 13V must be provided.It should be operated at a temperature not exceeding 125°C.Temperatures as low as -55°C degrees Celsius are not an issue.There is a maximum inaccuracy of 0.3% for this voltage reference ic.In order to better accomplish its purpose, it has OUTPUT VOLTAGE CAN BE ADJUSTED OVER A +/-3 PERCENT RANGE.
