REF01AJ/883C Overview
TO-99-8 Metal Can is used to simplify the process.Based on the Series control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Box external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 8.IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 10V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.The voltage reference ic has 8 pins.A voltage reference ic with 8 pins is settled.For PCB designs with high demands, Through Hole is available.REF01 can be used to find other relevant parts.There are Through Hole applications that can be used with the reference voltage.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 10mA.It has a maximum output voltage of 10V.Since the part's max input voltage is 36V, users should limit the voltage accordingly.0 volts is the required supply voltage.There is a minimum voltage requirement of 12V.An ambient temperature of 125°C should be used for operation.The voltage reference circuit can operate at a temperature of -55°C.Current supply is 1.4mA.SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern) are present in this voltage reference circuit?It can output a voltage of 10V regardless of external conditions.As far as inaccuracy is concerned, the voltage reference ic holds a maximum value of 0.3%.The purpose will be better fulfilled if it has OUTPUT VOLTAGE ADJUSTABLE 3 PERCENT.
