REF02BUE4 Overview
This program utilizes the handy 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.This part serves as a voltage reference and is controlled by a Series signal.There is an external packaging of Tube.With 8, different functions are terminated.Precision voltage measurements require ±0.2% tolerance.Connected to the part is an analog integrated circuit (IC).An output voltage of 5V is determined based on test statistics.It is sufficient to output 1.Fixed forms are provided for user input.A part with 8 pins is included.Reflow soldering shouldn't exceed 260.Pins 8 are firmly seated in the part.Use of Surface Mount can increase the complexity of the PCB design.-40°C~85°C TA is suitable for work within this range.There are other relevant parts if you search for "REF02".There is 21mA way the reference voltage can output more current than 21mA in this case.Communication channels of high quality are currently unavailable.The maximum output voltage of the voltage reference ic amounts to 5V volts.As the input voltage of this voltage reference ic is 40V, users should confine the voltage accordingly.There must be a 15V supply voltage for it to function.The voltage must be 8V at a minimum.An input voltage of 8V~40V is usually supported by the voltage reference circuit.It uses 1.4mA when idle.Can the voltage reference ic contain Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC)?In spite of changes in external conditions, this voltage reference can output a voltage of 5V.It starts running at 8V voltage at least, according to the record.For better effectiveness, it has OUTPUT CAN BE EXTERNALLY ADJUSTED OVER A +/-6 PERCENT RANGE.If the current exceeds 1.4mA, the voltage reference ic may become damaged and may not operate correctly.
