REF01HJ8 Overview
An easy-to-use 8-CDIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package is used.This program uses the handy Tube package.Various terminations with 8.There is an analog IC coupled to the reference voltage THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.As a result, it outputs 10V voltage.1 outputs are sufficient.The voltage reference ic has 8 pins.In the voltage reference ic, there are 8 pins.The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Through Hole.You can find other relevant parts by searching "REF01".Through Hole applications are compatible with the voltage reference.For high-quality communication, there are 1 channels available.10V is its maximum output voltage.Due to the fact that the maximum input voltage of the part is 40V, users are recommended to limit the voltage accordingly.A voltage of 15V is required for its operation.Ambient temperatures should not exceed 125°C.Despite its low operating temperature, it can still function at -55°C degrees Celsius.There is 0.5% maximum inaccuracy for this voltage reference ic.The purpose is better served by OUTPUT VOLTAGE CAN BE ADJUSTED OVER A +/-3 PERCENT RANGE.10mA is measured as the voltage reference circuit's normaloutput current.
