IXDN614PI Overview
A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package.Tube represents the packaging method.This device is equipped with 1 drivers for its configuration.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Through Hole.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 4.5V~35V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET in this design.For this device, the temperature range is -55°C~150°C TJ.The input type for this program is Non-Inverting.The device is mounted with Through Hole.There are 8 pins available in the device.The interface IC is referred to as BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.There is a maximum output current of 14A that can be achieved.Mosfet driver includes a number of useful electronic components in Mosfet drivers subcategory of PMIC - Power Management ICs.A board with 8 component pins is available.In terms of its basis, there are 1 outputs integrated.The output current of this device can be set to 14A.A maximum operating temperature of 125°C is permissible.There is a minimum operating temperature of -40°C.When the supply voltage is 35V, it is at its maximum operation.In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 4.5V must be applied.The gate driver is part of the -- series.The device operates on a voltage of 1mA as the supply voltage.In order to operate, it is configured with 1 channels.During operation, the supply current may not exceed 3 mA.The development of its basis uses 8 terminals.
