IXDN409SI Overview
For greater flexibility, its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is used.Tube represents the package.Configuration is based on 1 drivers.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.In the absence of a 4.5V~35V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.Gate type IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.This device can operate at temperatures up to -55°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type.Its configuration is based on a total of 8 terminations.There are various parts that can be found under its base part number IXD*409.Devices are mounted by Surface Mount.In order to operate, a voltage of 18V has to be applied.Mosfet driver is equipped wMosfet driverh an interface chip BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.The board has 8 component pins.9A is the maximum output current supported by the device.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that the operating supply voltage be set to 35V.There are several gate drivers in the -- series, including this one.In order to develop its basis, 8 terminals are used.
