IXDN404SI-16 Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tube is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 4.5V~35V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -55°C~150°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.The configuration is based on 16 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number IXD*404.The mount method is Surface Mount.When the device is designed, it has 16 pins.Specification is for 18V supply voltage operation.There is an interface IC called BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED PERIPHERAL DRIVER that is employed in this device.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 4A.The board contains 16 pins for component connections.This device supports a current output of 4A at the output.Gate drivers of this type are included in the -- series.The basis for the development of this project is based on 16 terminals.
